Every year the United States celebrates the life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Citizens of the world should not only reflect on his teachings every third Monday in January, but all 365 days of the year. The positive impact made by Dr. Kind can still be felt throughout the entire world almost 47 years after that fateful day in Memphis, a day that saw a modern day prophet transform into a martyr for peace. His words are still quoted and his contributions still resonate, not just in one community but for all of mankind.
