I like to do things to people to see what kind of reaction I get from (within reason, mind you).

Walk on a sidewalk with Head Up, not looking at the ground, and keep a smile on your face and as you pass somebody make short in time eye-to-eye contact.  Invariably that person will smile back.  It's contagious.
