I think it's in our DNA depends how you manage it or what time or event's or whom you are?? Reading a lot of info and experiencing is a good way to start, you got to aim far beyond the norm of what you look for in fear and Love extremities that can be transformed from Neutral perspectives, It digs in our DNA somewhere in there the Universe speaks back to us, all the time. If everything is connected think E.S.P. well we can learn anything anytime anywhere, you can get knowledge from far far away even other realms. It does not need to be from E.t.s direct contact there's many ways to learn and be in contact without the physical. Our body's are the "technology" machine that I speak of all the time, it can harness electricity I have achieved it. Paranormal events happen when you go constantly at it. It's manifested by calculations made within our DNA once activated it begins and is still unstable for some I manage about 33.3% just enough to survive last time. But achieve something beyond explainable or "normal" it's at a point where I don't speak of it because I already went thru all the beliefs that ppl put back out, so I'm just waiting that they start telling the Truth and come out with what needs to be known, my info just goes out with time, depends what messages I read and see, it's all from experiences, that's how you advance in life, by experiencing, evolving.
