hmm.
Ive seen similar over San Diego but at higher altitudes..red and orange, sometimes blinking green.
Now I know the helocopters over there use green and red for IR ops(film a helo and they follow you for some reason...) BUT these ones were SILENT.
Helocopters, even non-moving ones make noise and move quickly.Jets and aeroplanes moreso.. These were moving slowly....like slow moving satellites. And a satellite will whiz by in 15 mins, these were nearly stationary...DOZENS upon DOZENS of them.
NASAs background sparkles, as seen on some tapes...
