I have been feeling this energy within my being for some time.  My greatest joy is helping someone lighten up and laugh.  When complete strangers walk away from me with a smile on their face, I know I am helping in some small way.  May my Light Heartedness spread world wide and ever expand into Love and Light everywhere.
