~THE COURAGE TO SURRENDER~

The key word is SURRENDER ** this seems easy, yet the easiest or simpliest things in life are the most difficult to do. 
I had a very wonderful experience less than 2 weeks ago, where my "Friends Near and Dear" visited me .
Now talking about ascension and physically going through it are 2 different experiences. Comparable to watching video's and reading books about child birth versus actually experiencing the birth. 
It is and can be scary -- I knew that I was being prepared and tried to remain calm. But, part of me was thinking about my children and that I needed to make dinner. I was full on faced with what it entails to ascend . Bitter Sweet .  
I am thankful for my encounter because I know how much they love us and how it hurts them to know that so many of us are afriad. A good example is the love of a mother to her child and having her child afraid of her.
My best advice for those who truly wish to and want to ascend is to practice dying via meditation .
