Dealing with Ascension Syndrome

Thank you for this!  For the last month, especially first couple of weeks, I was experiencing severe GERD symptoms.  I couldn't eat anything after 3 pm without being kept up all night with heartburn symptoms and even racing heart/general anxiety feelings.  Ugh!  I got through it.  It just went away as sudden as it came upon me.  The most recent strange sensation, was this horrible itching on the tops/sides of my feet to my ankle.  Every night and morning for 2 wks.  That has finally abated.  I don't know what that was about...but I'm inclined to think ascension related.  I've started doing reiki on myself every morning.  I'm hoping that I've gotten through the worst of the changes. ;)  Thanks for your post.
