Diving Deep in the Sea of Energy: Active Participation Required!

The other day, after reading about sun gazing, I decided I would look at the sun, a short while before sunset.  I just have to tell you that it appeared to me, just like the picture you have placed in this article.  I was amazed to see this beautiful picture, of while looking at the sun, it was in motion, not moving anywhere, but vibrating.
