Ego & Truth’s Final Battle!

I Went to the park today to ground myself and try and clear out some stale energy and quieten my mind. I went to approach a crow/raven who had something in it's mouth. it jumped away then flew up and they they all started doing their cawing/sounds between all of them reallly loud as it echoed about. then came back home and read this.

has been a very polarized day today.

The pain that some of our ego's is feeling is ok even if it hurts a lot. it's only painful because it's longing for positive change but cant quite verbalize it.

WE can do this and we are doing it :]
