Wonderful well timed clarifications
Thankyou COBRA!..This helps me alot . Now I know why i am ALIVE AND KICKING HERE TODAY . But what a terrible 2000 yr BLACK AGE it has been...! Beyong tears,beyond hate,beyond anger,beyond sorrow..........I remain empty and wait for my cup to be filled........!
Your cup is Already Full
All you need to do is FEEL it. It has never been empty, the only thing that has been empty for so long was the perception of it. That is why it seems challenging at times to get it full, as many feel they have to fill it, so it doesn't not work and it brings frustration. To feel how full it is, look at your gifts, your sensations, your feelings of Love. The more you look at them, the more you find all the Miracles you are.
There is a Great exercise to do it faster: find a small notebook (paper one lol) and write on it all Miracles (lat. Wonderful thing) that occurs during your day.
You'll see it increase from day to day, and then you'll also understand that all that you're living IS alerady linked to You. And you'll find how Full your Cup IS, and that this Cup IS, in fact You.
