Nail on the head
You hit it, and this is not just with me as I well know with others and I mean a vast lot of them.
You said: "Forgive yourselves of all the emotional eruptions that seem to come out of nowhere and seem to make your intentions, beliefs and efforts a silly fantasy. Realize that it is merely the workings of awakening that are occurring and that it is temporary and cyclical in nature."

Thank you Hilarion. As is your wont, once again your words help me keep my bearings. And by reminding me to focus upon what's important. It's the Journey.
All we'll need to know is two things:
1. Unconditional Love is how it works.
2. Make sure you always have plenty of number 1.
