Jelaila Starr ~ Breaking Thru The Darkness

I experienced just this may of 2012 and it was real and very scarey. My heart was racing, yet later after calling 911 my heart on the monitor did not show this, nor did any of my vital signs show any distress, yet i felt like something was in my body terrifying me. i saw people in front of me turn evil or dark and i didn't know who to trust. I felt as though many dark spirits were taunting and chasing me, my head was screaming with them confusing me and i tried very hard to steer my ship, but it was getting harder and harder. the energy felt like wave rushing through me and people around me seemed to be affected by this energy..they got very red in the face and began to sweat. This could be a book if i continue, but i found my way out by finally taking control by loving thoughts and singing songs that i used to sing as a child..happy songs like" you are my sunshine" and visualized a beautiful horizon. the darkness found nothing comfortable about this and began to exit quickly...i heard them as they left...it was a tone like and elevator ding and for awhile it was like dingdingdingding...many dings and i knew they were leaving. i began to feel lighter , the racing of fear began to fade and i just knew things would be better. And it is.
