The Reason
The reason Drake (and subsequently we) posted this is because Cobra suggested it:
The best immediate strategy would be to expose the Cabal and release lists with names of people and their past crimes to humanity.
These people are to be exposed so that their names enter the public consciousness.
And yes, we should send them love and forgiveness.
