Over the weekend and throughout this week some interesting new vibrations have been ‘coming through.’ These may be felt or experienced as something different for everyone, and if you are holding onto old baggage or have been hiding how you truly feel about things then you may be in for a rocky time. There is no room for these ‘heavier’ or denser old energies as the new comes in – it just cannot exist! So the higher vibrations entering during times like this can bring old things to the surface. You may do best to really and truly look at this stuff that surfaces and let it go once and for all. If you don’t know how to let go, please look around for resources – there is so much! I have a lot in previous blog posts too – if you cant find anything, please ask!

With the old removed and our hearts open and welcoming of the new and true, then we are ready to really embrace as much as we can from these new energies beaming to us right now. The energy is quite high and has been plateauing out for a few days now.
