You do not sleep more than the needed 2hrs because the assimilation the brain gathers when engagin multiple ereas skips the process (energetic assembly in time) If you go deep within meanings you will reach a point where you function "feel" lighter in aspects of density, less sleep is then required and even food... this went on the whole week for me... the acceleration less sleep is needed to master whats coming thru, we affect on a deeper level the procession of time, Im going to say' "of the event" here even tho it may not be apropriate since different meanings arrive. Things get worst before getting better** its a kind of concept wherien comon sense is at play while It truly is the reverse effect of expectations... Circle to Circle I was shown this in the end of 2011?  Yes close to that point March 2012... Haha the explanation of where you said the "Doctor" yes yes, it ressembles one of the ligns of my story of the ones splicing Riexið genes...
