Perfect timing
Wow! This is truely a blessed time!
Just today, I found myself facing a very painful recollection of old memories. All my partner did was, she mentioned something, and it triggered a cascade of old memories. I was angry, hurt and wanted to be left alone. But then as the conversation went on, I suddenly realized, this was one of the things that I hadn't cleared off from deep inside me and that this has to be done now, whether I liked it or not. It is essential. And now I read this article. Talk about sync!
I'm still a little shaken by what transpired today morning and it's now night time here, but I know, to move ahead, I need to let go of it.
It's very astonishing how we think we have removed all pain and hurt from ourselves every time we clear something off, only to find more surface one after the other. Thank you for the article. It's given me the courage to pull myself out of the polarity that is affecting my decisions. :)
