Birthing
Having given birth 30 years ago, I DO know what it's all about. On the day of the Solstice, my solar plexus is swollen, tender to touch and extremly tight,,, exactly how it felt when I was carrying my daughter. Still feelin this way today (the day after). I know I AM birthing from my carbon base to my crystaline base body. The "shift" is uncomfortable, yet I endure, knowing the Beauty of what is to come.
