In the 60's and 70's DES was given to cattle to promote growth. Ranchers were to cease feeding of DES 30 days before shipping to the packing plants. This crap was in the beef and sold to millions. Had the ranchers known of the real effects of this, I doubt very many would have ever used this crap. Another in the huge bag of lies big pharma hands out as candy to the innocent. In my view, there is no excuse for farmers to be using any GMO of any type.
