These are only nessisary when there is contrary information. Maybe a decision could be made to deliver a message without promoting fear of those who do not have your understanding. How many red flags are needed? It is ok. By now we are used to messages like this and shall unscrew our selves from the created mess. Is it possible that we only have half an Oracle here?
