I do understand about clearing. Last year I underwent an intensive program which cleared some very deep-seated negative engrams so I have major compassion for those that have deep-seated clearing yet to do now. There is one bit of advice that I can offer: No matter what, stay heart-centered and ground ground ground yourself,. Take your shoes off and enjoy the feeling of standing barefoot on freshly watered lawn.
