I live in pain. The 24/7/365 kind of pain. So I also know this article is true. Meditation. Quiet. And eliminating the outside world as much as one can. Also eliminating as much personal stress as one can from one's life. And music helps too. Especially music with soft relaxing harmonies.
And touch. Touch, hugging is so underrated. Do it every chance you get.....
