'Sickening' Killing of Wolf Pack Proceeds Despite Research Debunking Program

For all people to understand the delicate balances in nature. But, that is not enough. Understanding is the first part. To respect this balance, to be a steward of the land, rather than kill, is the test of understanding. Anything else is just words. Should it be any surprise that people who live near water experience flooding. Ranchers in wolf country should expect to keep their cattle away from them or offer one to them. It was expected in deer country that they were going to eat some of the corn in our fields and what ever else they needed. Winter wheat was a favorite for them. We were not deer hunters. They seemed to know that and would come into our barn when it was deadly cold in a Minnesota winter. I always threw them the same as the cows were eating .Chopped corn silage and alfalfa. I set a watering trough out for them too. The cows didn't bother them nor did the deer bother the cows.  Not everyone had the benefit of my father to show them how to "Really Be".
