Quickest way to learn
Experiance, until mastering siddhis took me about a year, and yet am aware when experiancing it now, all kind's of way's, sometimes you go insane but now am aware when I unlock some, an figured how to manage some of it, it's pretty amazing :P
I simply giggle at the synchronicities!
Very good article but I would suggest instead of simply listing the number of the chakra, it would be a good idea to issue an exact body location because numbers are not used in the visual.
I also find I am giggling because for about 3 years I have been working with the left sided energy of the causal body and thought it was something like a sinus issue--I have long worked with and developed the energy of the feet chakras and I have a few others that I work with regularly that are lesser chakras but that help me with my energy reading.
I would suggest to ALL in this time to get to know and feel your chakras as it is key to moving within the energetic realm of our beloved Gaia.
