Here's a deep question for you: how do you choose to relate to the idea or concept of "self"?
When you think of "yourself", do you equate it to your body, mind, characteristics, personality, etc?
Or do you equate it to pure consciousness itself?
Many will go with option one, as it's what we're all conditioned to accept and not delve too far beyond.
But what if your true identity were consciousness itself…not everything else you've thought it to be your entire life?
