January 11, 2013 – BANGLADESH - A cold snap which saw temperatures drop on Thursday to their lowest point in Bangladesh’s post-independence history has killed around 80 people, officials said. The weather office said the lowest temperature was recorded at 3ºC in the northern town of Syedpur and the Red Crescent said hospitals were packed with patients suffering respiratory illness. Shah Alam, deputy head of the weather office, said the last time the temperature had dropped below 3ºC was in February 1968 when Bangladesh was still part of Pakistan.

Some of these reasons have to do with the soul's readiness for certain changes to happen and specifically for certain healing processes to be completed. Other reasons have to do with external events and the need for individual manifestations to be linked with the broader context of what is happening in the world. In relation to the latter, there are forces of light and forces of darkness that influence the sequence of events in the world and their timing. Marianne: I’m Experiencing a Huge Opening
The discussions continue to roll in of your experiences of 21/12/12 and your perspectives on it are very interesting. I’d like to post one from Marianne.
Steve, after listening to Hour with an Angel last night, (which I have listened to faithfully the past year) I feel compelled to step forward and speak of my ascension experiences and the major shifts I’m noticing in people around me.
Since 12/12/12 and continuing through 12/21 until today, my heart has experienced a huge opening…. like the Grinch whose “heart grew two sizes that day.” Feelings of great Love, unity, compassion trust and my “oh so being done with drama in my life” have been flooding my being daily. As the inward shifts take hold, I see outer shifts being manifested with grace and ease… from unexpected sources of income appearing, to needing information or support on something and having that manifest at my fingertips immediately. This happens when I allow my focus to stay centered in my heart and the higher dimensional frequencies. If I allow my attention to slip back to feelings of lack, fear or drama, then immediately THAT is what I manifest.

Wow! I was sitting in my favorite chair this morning, absorbing a video about chem trails by a woman who was in the military and personally witnessed canisters of barium and aluminum and other toxic chemicals that get sprayed out of C-130s (I think she said) from at least that one military base that she was assigned to, and who has tested the soil and found these chemicals. She even spoke in whispers to one EPA official, who has also been keeping notes, and who plans to tell-all, once he retires in two years. Huh? Once again, here’s someone who thinks he needs to put his personal security needs ahead of planetary welfare.
This, after of course witnessing the weirdness in the skies for years now myself, and it is not getting better folks, it’s getting worse.

Alright then. We have a violet flame that I would like to invoke here. It’s got quite a bit of a pink influence to it. Much like the vibration of the gemstone kunzite. So we’re working with kunzite, which is a love energy, a very soft pink beautiful color, and a violet flame, which is purifying and cleansing.
We have this week a lot of things happening but mostly water disturbances. So today I’m going to talk about maintaining your emotional balance through your spirituality.
It will be more and more important to practice your spiritual resolve during this time period. I anticipate many more challenges, also, perhaps with weather or other ways in which water can be disturbed.
Then we have cleansing. This is kind of a quarter initially for cleansing so don’t wait for spring to do your cleaning. Perhaps practice a little bit of fasting or something on New Moons, or even the 11th day after a Full Moon. It’s a very good day to fast during the day and then have a light dinner and go to sleep.

We've had 199 days without a tornado fatality, beating the record of 197 straight days that ended on February 28, 1987. The last U.S. tornado death was at Venus in Highlands County, Florida, from an EF-0 tornado associated with Tropical Storm Debby on June 24, 2012. After a horrific 2011 that saw 553 Americans die in tornadoes--the 2nd highest total since 1950--the 2012 tornado season was not far from average for deaths, according to NOAA's Storm Prediction Center.

There came a time in the universe for many beings to come in to Earth, and so a great line formed on the other side of the veil. Many people got ready to come in and said, "It looks like it is going to happen. We are all going in here." And all the people who thought they could make a difference got in line, ready to take a turn in a body.
Then a magical thing happened. Someone at the front of the line turned around and looked at the person behind him and said, "You know, you have a better chance of making a difference than I do. I am going to step aside and ask you to move to the front of the line." NEW ORLEANS -- Gov. Bobby Jindal declared a statewide emergency Thursday after storms rolled across Louisiana, dumping huge amounts of rain and flooding some areas. The declaration lets Louisiana use state money to help local governments recover from storm damage.
A slow-moving system dumped almost a foot of rain in some areas, causing rivers to swell and creating street flooding in urban areas. No injuries were reported, though authorities suspect a tornado may have caused damage at an industrial plant near Baton Rouge.

INCREASING CHANCE OF FLARES: Big sunspot AR1654 is growing more active. It is now crackling with M-class solar flares, such as this one recorded by NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory this morning at 09:11 UT:

Holy tamale… who made it through 2012 unscathed? Although we surfed the alignment without an extraterrestrial intervention or a worldwide cataclysmic earth event or a monetary breakdown or an extinction level event, we probably didn’t make it through without an extreme shake-up of our material structures, primary relationships and/or initiatory shamanic ego death. The fallout of our emotional debris still needs a bit of clean-up but for the most part lightworkers, we are in the clearing.
What has become painstakingly apparent to me in this new earth vibration is that our spirits will not tolerate anything less than high vibratory interactions, communications, inventions, products, relationships, etc… I was watching the video of the Black Eyed Peas, “Meet You Halfway” and it hit me smack dab in the face, all this hoopla about meeting our twin flames/soul mates/ lifetime partners (although importantly crucial) was really just another desire and reflection of being in alignment with all that feeds our soul!

We are now living in a new world and a new era so we might as well begin living our lives in new ways as well. We are not the same people we once were, so let us not stay stuck in how we used to live! How many people really take time to stop and think about how they are living their lives? The majority just robotically maneuver their way through life. We give such thought to how we look, how other people view us, yet we don’t even think about how we are living our lives and are we doing the best we can be doing. We live on auto pilot where there is no need to give thought to how we are going through life, we just push the button and go until we push it again at night to stop. No thoughts about what we are doing. This way of living needs to end and we need to become more actively involved in our lives again.

What is now important is that you continue to focus on all that you wish to be manifested, and you will see it gradually take place. Now that you have left the lower energies behind it will be easier to achieve results, as you will no longer be impeded or held back. Progress as we measure it is the level to which you can raise your consciousness, and it did not reach the expected or desired level before Ascension date. If your intent had been more powerful the result may have been more successful, but you did bring success much nearer than previously. Dear Ones, 21.12. was a success for many individuals, and be assured each soul will have received the higher energies. That can only have been good news because it means that the vibrations upon Earth have risen up, and you have moved that much further into the New Age.
