Great article. I know that I wake up every day making the choice to jump back into fear (life long pattern) or into my authentic self-- the self that awaits me in the moment that I am in. I feel so much more alive and loving and compassionate and present 'in the moment.' I am very excited as I look around and see the enlivening activity that is arising around these 'unexpected election results.' thanks, Ken
