UFO Over Olympics Opening Ceremony: A Classic Flying Saucer [VIDEO]

There was a video showing it moving, and it basically turned and flew away rather quickly, now all the videos on youtube just feature hovering. here is one that shows its motion - >http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8d51NFbyHLo < - One could think its a blimp but then we have to question why does it not have blinking sfeaty lights? There is one frame where it looks like a blimp but even t hen though it looks strongly like one its asymetrical and so to get to the bottom of this question we'd have to ask, do blimps have internal lights, is it legal for them to hover at night time withotu safety lights on, and if they do have internal lights how are they arranged, and can their arrangement cause the blimp to be perceived as vaguely asymmetrical. The other issue is it looks like its morphing at periods of time, and its commonly known craft are extra-dimensional and that is how they cloak, decloak, and move.
