My Light Body Just Jumped In
A few days ago I noticed a new sensation: my body felt heavier, more solid, and with much more power than I used to have. It is like the mental power of will has inhabited all of my cells. It is like the 'ki-yai' of Karate, the power from Hara warning an attacker, deciding to place a welcome mat at the door and moving in to everywhere else in my body too.
I used to be quite floaty. For years it has been uncomfortably so. Over the past seven years, I have experienced more grounding and stability through my major life lessons at this time.
In the past six weeks, I have developed a hunger for sunlight. It resets everything deep inside of my body, my emotions, and gives me great sense of peace. Instantly I am feeling a tingling sensation throughout pathways inside my body, like invisible wires but not nerves. I sense the travel of light inside my essence. It is good, and it is satisfying. Ten minutes of direct sunlight seems to be enough.
My appetite has decreased recently, as also has my need for sleep. I used to require six to eight hours. Now I function happily on four.
Somehow I know my Light Body is in my Physical Body. I just know it. I can't explain it any better than I have. I don't have words to describe it the way I would like.
Spirit says this is important and that I should share with you. So I am. I hope you find it helpful. If you would not mind sharing back if you are having likewise I would appreciate it very much.

Solar flares: NASA pics of stunning storm
NASA reports that a huge X1.4 class flare erupted from the center of the sun on July 12, 2012, at 10 a.m. PDT, which erupted from a part of the sun known as Active Region 1520.
NASA Goddard Space Flight Center has released this incredible image of the enormous flare, which could well interfere with radio and navigation systems on Earth.
Making the situation even more volatile, the flight center reports there was a coronal mass ejection, which occurred simultaneously.

Retail investors who look to their "financial advisors" at firms such as JPMorgan Chase (JPM) for advice on managing their retirement funds have now learned that JPMorgan advisors were nothing more than "salesmen" peddling the firm's own "house" products rather than those which were in the best interests of their clients. Those products provided a bigger "vig" for the house.
As the New York Times noted in an article last week, it was part of JPMorgan's strategy to rely heavily on retail sales to mom and pop investors after the crash. "Facing a slump after the financial crisis, JPMorgan Chase turned to ordinary investors to make up for the lost profit," the Times reported in an article by Susanne Craig and Jessica Silver-Greenberg. "But as the bank became one of the nation's largest mutual fund managers, some current and former brokers say it emphasized its sales over clients' needs."

[Bank of England executive] Paul Tucker told MPs that Barclays’ abuse of the Libor system may be only one part of the banks’ dishonesty over crucial financial information, suggesting that other markets should now be investigated.
An official inquiry into Libor – which helps determine interest rates for householders and businesses – should be broadened to include several over markets where banks are trusted to report their own data, he said.

Yet the mechanisms used especially throughout the 20th Century and still in use today are graphed plainly for all to see. The author of the vid is not an insider whistleblower with an axe to grind nor a salesman with a pitch at the end.
I present this because I want everyone to know, digest it, and then work towards getting back to our Spirituality Path and not delve so much in "The Humanity" of it all.

Two new, bizarre discoveries were found on WikiSky by intrepid UFO hunter Rick Krejci, a diligent researcher with a real shot at having a heavenly object named after him, a first for web-based sky watchers.
The results, a "ring of fire" and a double-tailed comet, have been posted on a video to YouTube, along with co-ordinates, which should help to make independent corroboration easier, a crucial component for new discoveries.
