excuse me sister. what does it mean to release death ? " i ask for release of ...... and death.

I understand it as letting go the illusion of death and of all other illusions, as well as what was believed to be reality.

this reminds me of a DNA - cellular restructuring course I took
Releasing lifetimes of limiting beliefs and vows that we have taken. It is incredibly therapeutic. Just allow yourself the time to rest as you may experience a healing crisis - that is a positive sign of healing and releasing that which is right for your soul.
