Your Ancestors Didn’t Sleep Like You by SlumberWise

I somehow thought I was unique...maybe for these days and times. My sleep spans average 6 hours at night with 2 hour naps during the day. I have dark shades on windows in the bedroom and is no more light during the day than on a full moon night. I feel much more healthy since this practice became common for me 5 years ago. I live in the south USA where Hispanics have practiced the Siesta due to the extreme heat of the day being almost unbearable to work in. Thankyou for sharing this information.

Seth talks about this in ''The Nature of Personal Reality'' as well as in ''Seth Speaks.'' He says that sleeping two and in some cases three times a day is a part of our body's natural synchronicity and rhythm with the planet. I believe that the siesta is a modern-day holdover of this practice.
