I was not happy with the Autumn finish that I originally had on it, so I repainted it. This is my first attempt of a Green Man, which was followed by the ceramic one posted below.
This Green Man mask is constructed from a scrap steel harrowing disk. I used actual oak leaves as patterns to cut out the leaves, using scrap steel as well. 26'' H. The Green Man originated in ancient times as the male version of mother nature. It shifted and changed through the many cultures. It became a common thread in art and architecture during the middle ages.

I call these seven Lemurian Star Seed crystals, "The Seven Sisters" after the Pleiades star system. I got these in Peru. I felt that they are a unite. They were empowered in ceremony that a native Quechua Shaman and I performed.

I was guided to make these meditation gates many years ago. They are simple to construct and are very powerful vortexes. They contain copper coils and stones and other medicine. 

I created this meditation pyramid several years ago. It has a Merkaba hanging from center. Sitting within the pyramid rapidly brings deep silence. They are easy to make and so beneficial.

I am enjoying some Pu-erh tea, while basking in the warm, afternoon sun. An Alan Watts lecture is playing. Emanon (no name) came and joined me. LOVE IS....... Like so many others, I spent many years of my life searching for it, only to discover that it was within me all along. I AM Love and so is every person on this planet. It is our own individual choice to allow that love to flow out into the world or remain chained to our ignorance and fear. I believe our animals are mirrors that reflect who we really are. This can help us to let go of the false beliefs of who we think we are.

I enjoy sitting outside as the sun comes up and allow my thoughts to flow into the journal. A thermos of hot Turkish coffee allows me to sip the strong bitter flavor. This has been a ritual for many years. 

IT was near sunset when I went for a walk along the mowed path in the field. I normally do not take the camera, but I felt compelled to. I came upon this faun laying in the path. It was not very old. I reached down and stroked it's head gently and lovingly and I knew in that Auspicious moment, an answer had been given me. It was far more than just an answer to a question. It was a deepening of an understanding that can not be put into thoughts and words, but also some healing of old wounds.

I just completed gilding this lovely 16" Buddha statue. I am pleased with how it turned out. It fits nicely in the meditation room. I have two more that I wish to paint. I want to use one of them as a model to carve a Buddha out of a block of limestone. Perhaps this will be a summer project. The stone quarry Is just a few miles down the road and is noted for it's quality limestone. I want to acquire a larger Buddha for the meditation garden.
