For those that have kept up with politics in America, it is well known that Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld were most likely the coordinators of 9-11. Cheney was reported in some circles to be the handler of George W. Bush. Cathy O'Brien talked about him in her book: Trance Formation of America. He is not a nice man. Well, yesterday he got a new heart. Will this change him in any way?
