This is not NEW breaking news! This same info was put on the internet on Jan 24 2012 and I haven't heard that George Soros has been arrested yet so nothing obviously came of it. Google arrest of George Soros and see what you get. Please don't contribute to the disinformation, we have enough of that already.

I live near Russia. Russian intelligence services use every opportunity to steal money from it's own people and they are being paid well for that. I think this is a false flag operation, kind of a, by illuminati fraction to hijack this process, because russian so called arrest warrants don't work even for russian thugs, they will not either for such a high ranking person. Maybe that's not true and Putin is a good guy, maybe there are two fractions in Russia, I don't know.
