LUNAR ECLIPSE OF JUPITER: Last night, the Moon passed by Jupiter only a fraction of a degree away. In parts of South America, the close encounter was so close, it became an eclipse. Luis Argerich sends this photo from Buenos Aires, Argentina:
"I captured half a Jupiter floating next to the Moon with my telescope as the occultation was in progress," says Argerich. "It was incredible to see Jupiter disappear behind the Moon's dark limb."
Another occultation of Jupiter is less than a month away. The people of southern Australia will see it on Feb. 18th. Meanwhile, browse the photo gallery for more shots of last night's display.

Many lands have been devastated by war,drought,flooding and many other natural disasters some man made. Now is the time for Humanity in these areas to sit back and look at what has happened and begin the study of the environment. Many have built large cities by the oceans and are now finding that these areas are not as safe as once thought. Many are living in environments that have no natural earth beauty around them.
It is now time to find a balance that works for Humanity and the Natural environment. We need to look at the buildings we are developing and the materials we use. Many forests have been cut down and lost due to consumption in one way or another and in its wake we have lands less fertile, erosion, stagnant rivers and streams.
As a collective we all have many skills we just need to combine them and find the solutions to our problems. We can begin looking at sustainable ways to live and to build. We can begin replanting forests in areas that will stop the erosion of our lands and move away from the large city concepts we have been bought up with. The amount of Cars we have on the roads is choking the Earth and she is unable to breath under layers of concrete and pathways.

The ego loves to be special, it wants to be right all the time, it loves conflict, it loves to spot the otherness of the other person, it creates a space for jealousy, anger, hate and misery. The ego has no kindness and it cannot share. The ego loves competition and comparison and creates stress and misery. The ego keeps us unconscious always.
The difference between ego and love, is the difference of being a somebody or a nobody. The ego thrives only on being a somebody, but when you are full of a somebody there is no space for LOVE/GOD to enter.

Traveling in same direction, on Earth's Ecliptic, not a good scenario...but it's speed is so slow that Earth may wizz right by it. All predictions based upon NASA's data... Also during this month we will have another alignment corresponding with Cornell's Alignment study...so we will see spectacular solar flares, Earthquakes will again cluster with multitudes of 6.0 and higher. USA Earthquakes will go from 700 per week to upwards of 900 per week. If USGS doesn't edit them off data base.

In the 3rd dimension, you do not perceive your higher aspects. You are asleep, so to speak. Source is believed to be outside of self, and you see yourself as being seperated from creation. You perceive good/bad, right/wrong, black/white, all in duality. Fear resides and dominates in 3D. Your lower nature, or your ego is your driving force. Time exists and is linear.

At one point during the Inauguration Day luncheon, President Barack Obama leaned behind his wife to talk with Speaker of the House John Boehner (R-Ohio), who was seated to the first lady's left. When Boehner replied, he tapped Michelle Obama as if to see if she agreed with his response. After a brief back-and-forth between the president and the speaker, the look the first lady gave suggested that she didn't."*

We have crossed many thresholds and experienced many transitions, but we are still waiting for the moment when we shed the past and enter the future we have been planning. That moment is in February. We will finally begin cutting our ties to the past, and pushing through whatever barriers remain. February offers confidence and determination, a willingness to overcome resistance, even resistance in high places. But February also promises to help us maneuver obstacles and negotiate our way around barriers.
The future promises a continuing emphasis on personal transformation, often in the face of resistance. On another level, the power of governments and other large institutions will be scrutinized and their power limited. Power will continue to flow to main street and the grassroots.

Genesis 1: In the Beginning God Created the Heavens and the Earth.
There are “stories” throughout Time and History including religious stories so I’ve decided to tell the story of the Soul. In the Beginning “God” Created the Heavens and the Earth. In the Beginning there was dark matter, something that Scientists are just beginning to understand. It was a huge Scientific discovery last year with the discovery of the Higgs boson particle also known as “The God Particle”. There are some long drawn-out explanations for this discovery but basically what it means is that dark matter isn’t just empty space as they once thought. In theory, it tells us that “something” can come from “nothing”. Which means that dark matter is not really “nothing” it but Energy, the Energy that sparked Creation. This means there was a spark which is when all of the Universe was Created. Now imagine this spark of Creation lighting up the “Heavens” and forming stars, and planets, and solar systems, and galaxies and everything that we know about in the Universe.

The week starts off tonight with the Moon and Jupiter being the closest they will be until 2026…which we can look at from the “spiritual energetic standpoint” rather than just the physical proximity that is measurable. Jupiter as you may know, is our GIANT in the Solar system with a massive electro-magnetic field who’s qualities in astrology and esoteric study remind us very clearly that the Soul’s WILL is in charge of our lives…not the EGO. Sometimes we tend to let the Ego rule and it gets us in all sorts of mix-ups ! Jupiter is assigned to our throat chakra (energetically anchoring on the left side of our thyroid) and is responsible for Self-expression through our voice, our actions, words, disciplined plans and creative drive.

The more challenging the energy that appears to be sent out to you is, the more you expand into your light if you so choose. Say to that energy: “Thank you darkness for coming to me, appearing to be sent from someone or something outside of me, for it strongly coerces me to turn more inward, and to have to expand bigger in my light, to absorb the pain energy the illusion of this reality is showing me. Thank you.” Is it really energy sent from outside of yourself? All only exists within ones perception and consciousness. All is you, and you are all. And yet, at times, it feels like it is something coming in from outside. So, we must then, dear souls, go in again.
Why do humans learn from pain? We can also learn from joy, so why pain so much more frequently? We are purifying our souls past, and the only way for it to release at times is to experience that which is still there left to transform. We also have soul agreements we made before entering body that include certain lessons we want to learn. We may actually want to learn about light, or enlightenment, and we do so then by experiencing mirrors that are the opposite. Then we really know the difference.

As the primary regulator of our sleep-wake cycles and circadian rhythms, as well as its direct link in the regulation of our perception of time, it is certainly a most fascinating little gland. It is easy to take a reductionist approach and assume that this single gland is responsible for consciousness as we know it. And while it is indeed an important aspect of our conscious experience, to view it as the source of consciousness would be short sighted. The pineal gland is one of the primary interfaces through which consciousness is expressed in bodily form. It could be thought of as a transducer, which essentially translates our higher spiritual nature into physicality, thoughts and other forms of 3rd dimensional expression. After over a year and a half of not being able to practice yoga due to a sacrum injury, as of last week I can suddenly “do” yoga every single day.

What a gem January has become. I guess it always was, but when you are in the fire changing the molecular structure from a piece of coal into a brilliant diamond, it sure doesn’t feel very gem like!! For me, there are so many things clicking into place, understandings made tangible and actually…. very very applicable. There is a huge difference in perspective when we are on top of something looking straight at it, as opposed when we are a sizable distance from whatever that is, looking at it. The view from a distance is fuller, more complete. This is true for our spiritual journey as well. More often than not, whatever is changing or has changed in our physical life is also giving us a larger view of our changing spiritual life as well, if we take the time to stop and really notice. When I first seen the Mesa from the road way with my own two eyes, it was so different than when I open my back door and see it. The avalanche was huge, the falling away of ancient lava, one of the most resistant elemental formations loosened by erosion of time and weather. Very much like the goo of our ego!! It hangs on tight and solid. Until it cannot any longer.
