Is it just me, or does Cyprus President Nicos Anastasiades' demeanor in that photo appear a little cocky? Kind of a self-assured smile on his lips and a glint in his eye that says: ''Hey EU, I'm not so worried, but YOU  should be worried.''

 - With Russia at his back, I believe he has the better hand......
