The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) — a subject of fascination for many hams and the target of conspiracy theorists and anti-government activists — has closed down. HAARP’s program manager, Dr James Keeney at Kirtland Air Force Base in New Mexico, told ARRL that the sprawling 35-acre ionospheric research facility in remote Gakona, Alaska, has been shuttered since early May.
“Currently the site is abandoned,” he said. “It comes down to money. We don’t have any.” Keeney said no one is on site, access roads are blocked, buildings are chained and the power turned off. HAARP’s website through the University of Alaska no longer is available; Keeney said the program can’t afford to pay for the service. “Everything is in secure mode,” he said, adding that it will stay that way at least for another 4 to 6 weeks. In the meantime a new prime contractor will be coming on board to run the government owned-contractor operated (GOCO) facility.

Question is, "for how long". The fact that someone else is taking over the facility sound ominous to me. They should have just left well enough alone. The fact that they ran out of money, is a good sign though. I wonder how many other facilities like this exist, that we don't know about.

Since early May, eh? I'll bet that corresponds with a common shift in a sense of well being. In looking back in my memory of that time I find a positive shift in the sense of well being and mental clarity.

The reset I mentionned is only belief from what happened in the past and what we hear about the draconian and the comet an "end of time" or earth catastroph and all the shelter and underground bases they made and stuff like that comes from beliefs but theres goto have a better explanation, why all this is happening is allways for the best, I remember stuff but the messages get clear and I know the technology has evolved quite A Lot since the "projects" and I just I was "figuring out" some stuff but its never "clear" untile we get there so plus those 2 crop circles "beware berers of false LIGHT" and I was thinking about the manequin project that resembles what sheldan niddle talked about he whent trought that in the past it looks similiar the seats and "programming" and abduction to bring him to a secret place** and wipe his memory clearing his codes with Galactic ENCONTERS you know...
