Thank you. This all makes sense of the past few days. Thurs 22 aug, I seemed to be seeing myself and all around me from a different space. I realised, awhile in it, it was my higher self. I wanted to contact FatherMotherGod to ask but felt awkward as I didn't understand. Fri +  Sat meditation very hard to stay in as my body was so charged. For years, now and again I get a tickling inside of my legs. Usually when tired. But the Fri meditation had the tickling all over. It's like an electric charge only no pain, just an intense inner tickle that causes me to move. This morning, meditation, it made me jump up so so intense. A real uncontrollable physical shock. The usual ringing in my ears has got louder last few days but I welcomed it - just knew it was some sort of communication. Today, my body is so charged it is physically and mentally hard to cope with. The only description is "physical energy" whirling around. Friday night I saw 2 lights that had same shape in my garden. At first I thought it must be shadows moving of a moth as identical shapes. But then they both went off in different directions after moving symetrically together. It's all happening. I don't understand much at all of it but I am so grateful and this post above helps me that i'm not going mad. I do wonder now and then. Bless you all.
