Thank you so much for this great post.  This helps me quite a bit regarding how aggrssive to be trying to wake people up.  Sort of gently add pressure while letting "my family and friends" wake up naturally.  Don't be too pushy or they might choke on it.  We could end up hindering the process rather than helping it.
