Dear Fran,

   Thank you soooo much for that muchness. You explain why I start to feel different now though I don;t want to tempt fate but more energized as you say rather than feeling merely battered and worn down!  I feel another shift occuring in my body and being and believe me it;s been tough at times battling hell realms and weirdo bardoes of dark beings within and without, all part perhaps of excavating down to your true core.  May it go a little easier now for all or as many as possible I definitely definitely feel like something's up somehting big intense as it is it;s paradoxically quite gentle or gentled for us mortals for as the great T. S. Elliott said 'Mankind can;t stand too much reality"...
