   It describes how I feel to a tee.  I really am not sure how to proceed though I am deeply and perpexedly torn between my inner knowing the urgency of the planetary  human predicament etc. and the continueing apparent choiceless choice of having to survive in 3D and earn money work etc.  which is a kind of drag after 30 years!  as much of 3D is a drag,  as in literally at times dragging myself through the daily grind! -  like how many times do I have to repeat this for less and less returns of pleasure fulfilment etc. been there done that got the T shirt time to graduate but where the hell unto?!!!
