New Moon Phase
The last couple of days have been rather challenging, calling on us to practice the skill of moving fluidly with the flow of events. This continues today, but there are a few things to be aware of that may help. The energy is like being in heavy traffic. Patience is required, and so is give and take.
There is a lot happening today and a lot of mental confusion going along with it. This can produce feelings of being boxed in and, in turn, feelings of anxiety and possibly panic. We are trying to get from one mental, emotional, or physical place to another mental, emotional, or physical place and it is hard because there is a lot of mental, emotional, and physical “congestion.” So this is the nature of the challenge today. The solution is to figure out that we are not driving. We are in the vehicle but not at the wheel. If we try to “drive” situations today, we will not make progress. We must surrender and let things take their course. It isn’t going to be this way every day of this new lunar month, but it will be like this many of the days. All of this will take its toll primarily on our minds and you’ll know it if you develop a headache.
Don’t try too hard to control what is happening. Let go and trust that the elements of the situation will work themselves out. Just be in the passenger seat. It will help a lot if you watch the scenery as you move along. Remember that we return to sanity when we return to the natural world and return to the wisdom that we are really hurtling through space on a grand Mother Ship. Notice the birds, the trees, the flowers that are popping up ready to bloom, or even just the sky above and then go along for the ride.
