I'm learning to practice this advice on a daily basis. Picking up trash on my nature walks with our dog is now part of the routine. This past week I dragged a broken office chair, thrown into our park, from the half way point of our walk back to the trash bins where it belonged - 20 minutes worth of dragging using the dogs leash as a lasso - good workout.
