The problem is that the Internet was designed to be free with all the caveats it means. By signing a "netneutrality" clause, the last administration opened the case to be reviewed later on. And thus politics makes itself a self-fulfilling prophecy of politicians justifying the impossible, why they exist to do the things they do with little to no accountability. This is sad.
