The television you are watching, even though you think this technology is new and state-of-the-art is actually very old and outdated. Even the couches you sit on, although the concept has remained the same, many things about it too have changed. These are just a sampling of everyday things that you take so for granted that will change radically in the days ahead for you. There is not too much about the future many of you will be entering that will remain the same for you. We, the Galactic Federation of Light, do not wish to rush any of you into these changes that in many areas will be great. We instead wish to gently escort you out of the current paradigm you are experiencing into a new reality which we feel you will agree is far more rewarding, enjoyable and educational than the current lives you are living.

There are many of you who are ready and some of you who are even looking forward to these changes in your experience, though there are just as many of you, even more so, that are not at this time ready to experience such upheavals to their reality and therefore are not looking forward to these changes as some of you are. Please try to keep this in mind as you continue your efforts to share your truth and share what you know of the coming of events for you, as these events may not be in the future for all of those that you speak to. This is the way it must be, as a choice has to be made here to either experience a new beginning or to continue experiencing what some have become used to and what some believe, at least at this time, to be their one reality.

How often have you gone to bed at night thinking ‘How far am I away from midlife?’ What we would like to see more of you going to bed at night thinking is ‘How close am I to being young again, possessing a youthful body in function, form and appearance?’ This is the kind of mindset we would prefer to see in you, as a more positive outlook will bring to you better opportunities to enjoy your lives better than negative perspectives and outlooks will.

The way you think is often the way you feel, and the way you feel lays the tracks for the path you will travel up ahead. This is the way it works here in this universe, where your thoughts, feelings, emotions, dreams, perspectives and outlook are all part of the future you are creating for yourself. Try to always remember this as you are going about your day, for it is not only this day that you are experiencing, but it is many more days to come that will bring to you a similar experience if you do not consider and alter your future course by consciously creating it and focusing on more positive, enjoyable and rewarding experiences you wish for yourself.

What would sheer vitality, youth, meaning and purpose mean to you and your life? What would these gifts do for you, and how would they change the way you live and go about your day? This is a question you are being asked at this time, as this is a very appropriate question for you to think about as these are some of the gifts that are being offered you. We would like to see more of you think about these things and focus upon them, making them a reality for you, for this is how it works and all these things are possible for you. What we see for you is an entirely new way of life where so many of the problems and limitations that you currently experience will be lifted from your lives, and as a result would leave many of you a much clearer and pleasant path on which to travel.

One of the things we, the Galactic Federation of Light, can do for you in these areas, through the gift of advanced technologies, is help you restore your youthful appearance and vitality, strength and endurance, health, drive, determination and focus. These are some of the attributes of a younger physical being, and in many cases not an older or aging physical being. We have the technologies to change all that by erasing many years of your lives while, of course, retaining all your experiences, knowledge and wisdom that you have acquired. This is a wonderful gift that we offer you in the days ahead, and it is entirely your choice whether you choose to accept these gifts from us or not.

Your futures at this point in time can be likened to jigsaw puzzle pieces that are up to each of you to put together yourselves and construct some kind of picture from them. It is up to each of you to decide for yourselves what it is you wish to experience next, and it is up to each of you to then choose this possible future and experience it for yourself, making it your reality by focusing upon it until it is the reality you are experiencing. Asking us what you will experience in the days ahead is like asking a crystal ball to create for you your experience, and this is not how it works. How it works is you create any experience you wish for yourselves, and so it is only yourselves that you can ask these questions. So we suggest to you to do just this and ask yourselves “What is it I wish to experience?”, and you will have your answer.

We cannot make it much clearer than this, and we hope that many of you reading these words at this time now have a greater understanding of just what awaits you up ahead and how it is you that are creating these events with your thoughts and your intentions today. We see many of you trying to receive puzzle pieces from us or from other methods of divination about your futures, when this is clearly a waste of effort as your time and energy is much better spent creating for yourselves precisely what kind of future you wish to experience and you feel would serve you better than your current experience.  

Self awareness and advancement: We would like to speak with you today on ways in which you can further your growth and your advancement while you are here in this physical plane. What you can be working on and focusing on is ways to better accrue knowledge, wisdom and experience throughout your day. How this can be done is through a coordinated effort to share with each other ideas, concepts and your experiences with each other. To do this, interaction is required, and this interaction can be facilitated through the means of the tools that are already at your disposal. The Internet is your source for a wealth of information, and it can be utilized in so many advantageous ways to further your growth and expand your consciousness as you do the work that you have come here to accomplish.

We see so many of you using the Internet in many different ways, and we do see those of you who are getting the most out of this experience, though we do see a number of you not getting out of your time on the Internet what is possible for you. We would like to see improvements in this area by seeing more of you focusing on the subject matter that will bring to you knowledge and wisdom that is of greater importance to you at this time. There are so many interesting and worthwhile subjects to read about and discuss amongst one another, however, the time to indulge in many of these topics and discussions has passed. It is now a time to focus on only the subjects that will bring to you the most you can get from this experience.

Vice control: It is your job to adequately contain the feelings that may arise in you that lead you to recreations that do not serve your higher good and your purpose for being here. We do see a number of you partaking in the use of mind altering substances, and we say to you at this time “Does this serve your higher good, and does this recreation serve our mission here in this world at this time?” What we ask of you, our Lightworkers, is that you refrain from such activities that promote negative responses within your bodies and which negatively affect your health, your vibrational level and your work here. What we would like to see are those of you who do partake in the use of recreational and even some prescribed drugs to cut back greatly or even abstain absolutely from this use that is doing much harm to your physical, emotional and mental vessels.

The use of these mind altering substances is not, on its own, what we, the Galactic Federation of Light, are concerned about. What we are concerned about is the effects these substances can have and are having on you, our teammates, who have been charged with certain tasks that are needed to be accomplished here on our shared mission. We do see the use of some of these substances hindering your performances on several different levels. What we would like to see is your performance of your tasks to improve sharply in the days ahead, as time is running very short and it is time to put aside all these limiting distractions and time spenders and get more involved in the work that you are here to do.

Mindset: Today we would you like to speak to you about the proper setting of your minds and your outlook as we approach the days ahead. What we would prefer to see is a whole new and brighter outlook for you. What we mean by this is we would like to see you look at the days ahead as something to be cherished, something that deserves to be worked for and something that is a valuable and rewarding experience for you in many different ways. What we feel is important for you is not to look towards the days ahead with any kind of contempt, fear, distrust, suspicion, worry and doubt, because if you look at your future through such eyes you very well may end up with the end product that matches precisely or similarly the vibrational energy you have been sending out. Do you understand this? Do you understand this very simple, yet very important scientific, as well as spiritual, fact?

What will happen if you send out these thoughts into the future path of your travel is that you will begin to step on landmines, so to speak, that you, through the direct and indirect actions of your thoughts, have planted in the soil of the path you are traveling upon. What to do about this is a matter of concern for us and we feel certainly should be a pressing matter of concern for you dear ones, as it is your path you are currently clearing today with every thought, no matter how passing in your mind, as you go throughout your day.
