Let go of past error. Let go of that which you see as error, and let it be over and done with. If you made a mistake, do not compound it with guilt. Free yourself from guilt. Guilt is not good for you. Guilt is a stamp you put on yourself. With a hot iron, you brand yourself guilty again and again. When you don't have something new to feel guilty about, you find something from an old reservoir to plague yourself with. The one to forgive is yourself. The best is yet to come. Guilt is a self-lashing that deters the good to come.

Guilt is self-recrimination.

Guilt is a ghost from the past.

I am not part of your heart. I am your heart. Your heart is the pulse of Mine. Your heart beats to the tune of My heart. Any constriction you feel in your heart, any heartache you feel in your heart, is an intrusion upon your heart and does not serve Me and, therefore, leaves the world diminished. Love alone belongs in your heart. That's it. That's the whole story of life on Earth.

You are the specialty of My heart. I hold you dear to Me. You are as dear to Me as I am to Myself, and I am very dear indeed.

You are not an accoutrement to Me. You are My very Being. Understand what I say, understand somewhat. Understand enough to impart My love imparted to you and now from you to the world.

We exist to impart love. We can't help imparting love. This is Our Mission. There is nothing else for Us to do but to impart love. We throw Our love out like a baseball, and it goes over the fence on its own momentum, and it keeps going as it is passed from one heart to another. The baseball of love is picked up and thrown again. Love is always recognizable, and yet no claim is set to it.

If you had to choose between worry or gratitude, which would you choose?

The fact is that you are already choosing between worry and gratitude every day of your lives. You are given the choice. Accept the choice that will fill your life to overflowing.

This isn't new to you. You already know this. Now it is up to you to do it - to choose gratitude. Just choose it. Just choose to eat the sweet grapes of gratefulness over nagging grapes of worry, grapes that you cannot seem to finish with, grapes that hang over you, lash at you really. If you were a musician, you would back up your songs with a chorus you like. Of course, you would. You wouldn't hire singers who can't carry a tune and who don't further your music along.
