Chakras – Wheels of Life

Submitted by Galactic Free Press on Thu, 08/20/2015 - 10:27

Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning ‘Wheel of Life.’ Chakras are the energy fields which prime our bodies on many levels. Linking to our Life Force, the chakras permanently spin, attracting various people, experiences and emotions into our lives. The chakras hook us up to a myriad of colors and are the symbolic expression of the rainbow in our bodies – as above, so below.

Although advanced healers identify as many as twenty-four chakras (sometimes thirty-two!), there are seven main chakras, which serve well as an introduction to the subject.

The first chakra is the Root (Red), which is located at the base of the spine. The second is the Sacral (Orange), which is located midway between the navel and the base of the spine. The third is the Solar Plexus (Yellow) is located behind the navel. The fourth is the Heart (Emerald Green) and is located at the chest. The fifth is the Throat (Light Blue), which is located at the neck. The sixth is the Third Eye (Indigo Blue), which rests between the eyes. The seventh is the Crown (Purple), which is at the top of the head. In the information below, I have also mentioned the Ear chakras (Violet), which are located just above the eyebrows.

Submitted by Galactic Free Press on Thu, 08/20/2015 - 10:05

Go to your center, your core and your soul in joy ~ for that is where I exist. Radiate that joy to the world around you. You are the only one that knows how to do it the way you do! If you all radiate joy in your own way, there will be no dark corner left unlit. ~ Creator

7 Paradoxical Truths to Embrace for a Meaningful Life

Submitted by Galactic Free Press on Thu, 08/20/2015 - 09:56

Life is often “clear as mud.” While we prefer things to be logical, neat, and linear, unfortunately life doesn’t play according to our rules.

Light is the perfect example and metaphor for life; paradoxically behaving like a wave and particle — sometimes it passes through glass, sometimes it bounces off. Likewise, our rigid rules for life need to be traded in for a flexible approach; what seems mutually exclusive, is interconnected.

We don’t live in an “either/or” world, it’s “both/and.” Here are seven paradoxical truths to embrace for a meaningful life:

1. To Be and to Do

In the blue corner, Benjamin Franklin says “Either write something worth reading, or do something worth writing.” In the red corner, Alan Watts says, “The meaning of life is just to be alive. And yet, everybody rushes around in a great panic as if it were necessary to achieve something beyond themselves.”

Both express important aspects of life. Watts is speaking against the rat-race that robs you of the joy of simply being present. Franklin highlights the potential you possess to leave an indelible mark — that great achievements are made by people no different to yourself.

Awakening Bloodlines and Truth of All Colors

Submitted by Galactic Free Press on Thu, 08/20/2015 - 09:48

Zen Gardner, Guest
Waking Times

This may be considered a bit speculative, but I have seen it manifesting in many of those I interact with and a trend that I feel needs addressing.

The programming is being disrupted in many ways, including our bloodline upbringing. Call it a DNA shift, a cosmic awareness, or simply loving truth finally coming to dominate the human narrative, these types of major paradigm alterations are as real and profound as any new so-called scientific discovery.

There are many amongst the awakened I’ve met personally as well as virtually who just “happen” to be from profoundly connected family bloodlines. I don’t find that strange. I myself come from a strong lineage that I found out hails back to the Scottish Templars and was later tied into the Windsor dynasty. Another line in my family tree ties directly into one of the top 13 illuminati families.

So what? I’m not doomed, nor is any other living conscious creature to their genetic make up, to whatever degree that may be an avenue of influence. The same goes for anyone.

France Bans WiFi In Childcare Facilities That Cater To Children Under Age 3

Submitted by Galactic Free Press on Thu, 08/20/2015 - 09:40

We’re disappointed that big news in France hasn’t made its way to the top of U.S. headlines: the French National Assembly recently passed a law that will help to limit young children’s exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMFs) generated by wireless technologies. Two years in the works, the law encompasses various rules, including:

  • Banning WiFi in any childcare facilities catering to children under the age of 3.
  • Requiring cell phone manufacturers to recommend the use of hands-free kits to everyone.
  • Banning any advertising that specifically targets youth under the age of 14.

The law, passed by a majority vote and adopted into place on January 29, 2015, is the first in France to suggest and establish that WiFi over-exposure may indeed be hazardous to young children — a controversial topic, not just in France, but around the world.

Who’s the Boss? The 7 Steps to Self Mastery

Submitted by Galactic Free Press on Thu, 08/20/2015 - 09:12

Self mastery represents the ultimate goal that one could achieve, or could seek to achieve.

It is a potent tool that allows us to create the reality or destiny we desire. If you are not in control of your own destiny, you are left to the afflictions of fate, of which you feel you have no control over.

Self Mastery encompasses all of the aspects necessary for creating a self-willed reality. “We can only control what we can control and so the most cherished thing that we can control is the self”

7. Self-Awareness

Self-Awareness is the ability to observe and understand our own feelings, thoughts and actions. It is also known as self-consciousness.

Safety of Merck’s Gardasil in Question as Rhode Island Mandates HPV Vaccination for Children

Associated with over 140 deaths and 29,918 vaccine reactions¹, Merck’s Gardasil is a highly controversial vaccine that’s been under fire for years, with many questions still unanswered as to its efficacy, safety and side-effects, marketing practices, and fast-tracked approval by the FDA.²

So it’s with great consternation that parents in Rhode Island, U.S. are faced with a mandatory Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination requirement for middle school children. Virginia and Washington D.C. both enacted a bill in 2007 that requires HPV vaccines for school attendance as well. At least 42 states and territories have initiated legislation to mandate the vaccine or to fund public educational campaigns about the HPV vaccine. However, this rash of enthusiasm for HPV vaccination from lawmakers is giving parents pause for thought, especially since the vaccine has a history of harmful side effects.³

Stress, Brain Wiring, Empathy and Morality

Submitted by Galactic Free Press on Thu, 08/20/2015 - 08:55

Is it a coincidence that people in high-octane jobs seem to have a streak of impulsivity, aggression and even unkindness? It is easy to assume that people with these character traits have simply chosen such work as their career, but is this fair? Instead, could it be that when people begin such jobs they have a completely different personality, yet over time, as chronic stress changes their brain wiring, their personality is completely altered?

Science seems to suggest the latter.

Stress shrinks key parts of the brain that affect rational thinking.
