“It’s 11:11, make a wish!” We have all heard this from one time or another in lives. It seems as though ever since I acknowledged 11:11 as a time to make a wish, I started noticing the set of numbers every day. Each day it served as a reminder to set out an intention into the universe. Some have come to believe there is a deep spiritual message to be received from our spirit guides, angels, or higher selves through this occurrence.
They say this numeric phenomenon happens to remind us of the synchronicity between our internal consciousness and our external world. This law of attraction type of occurrence also helps us to stay present and consciously aware of our thoughts and feelings during this cosmic shift on Earth. This can serve as a reminder that there is something greater than ourselves in whom we can seek guidance and wisdom any time we feel scared, aggravated, or lost.

“The tao that can be told is not the eternal Tao. The name that can be named is not the eternal Name. The unnamable is the eternally real. Naming is the origin of all particular things.” ~ Lao Tzu, Tao Te Ching
Not sure if you know this, but Lao Tzu is the author of my favorite book of all time – Tao Te Ching. I am in love with this book. I read it more than 100 times and I know that I’ll continue to read it a lot more in the future. And you know why? Because every time I read it I discover something new. There is so much power, so much wisdom and so much magic in this book and its words really resonate with me. My soul loves it and I do too :). Anyway, here are 33 life changing lesson to learn from this wise man named Lao Tzu.

Researchers at the University of South Carolina, including James Hebert, ScD, and Philip Cavicchia, PhD, scored foods and food components thought to positively or negatively affect levels of inflammation, based on a review of peer-reviewed studies relating to diet and inflammation that were published between 1950 and 2007. Since then, new research is bringing the index closer to “prime time”–ready to be used in epidemiological and clinical studies.
While each plan has its own twist, all are based on the general concept that constant or out-of-control inflammation in the body leads to ill health, and that eating to avoid constant inflammation promotes better health and can ward off disease, says Russell Greenfield, MD, a clinical assistant professor of medicine at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
“It’s very clear that inflammation plays a role much more than we thought with respect to certain maladies,” Greenfield stated.

These are exhilarating times to be alive! The controlling system that has limited humanity for so long is beginning to die. The signs are all around, while the powers-that-be struggle to cobble it all together. We need to now begin to shed the skin of the old reality in order to emerge fully into the New Paradigm.
But this is not about fighting the old. There’s no need. We simply have to live the New Paradigm here and now, develop new ways of living and being, then the old system will simply crumble away.
What practical steps can people take to accelerate the shift?
by Andrea Schulman| Holding on to control is a habit many of us have that causes unnecessary anxiety and distress. When we attempt to control events and circumstances, we spiritually dissociate ourselves from the natural flow of the universe. As a result, we run into more problems and create more chaos in our lives.
Holding on to control causes problems because we simply aren’t able to control everything! It would be impossible to do everything we have to do in life and also be in charge of things like the weather, traffic and other people’s thoughts and actions. There simply aren’t enough hours in the day.
Trying to control the uncontrollable only sets us up for failure, coupled with frustration.
In contrast, when we let go of control and “go with the flow,” life unfolds naturally and seamlessly. Be giving up control, we create more harmony in our own lives. We allow the universe to handle the details, while we release ourselves from unnecessary (and unachievable!) responsibilities.
So, if you’d like to get back into the flow of the universe, here are few ideas on how to let go of control. Try them out the next time you feel yourself holding on a little too tight!
