The stress of modern life creates many issues to our body and mind, leaving us feeling physically tired or emotionally drained and with no energy left to enjoy life to the fullest. For this reason, I have written here about three easy ways you can boost your energy levels. So here they are:

1. Get out in nature.

Spending time in nature is one of the best way to feel refreshed and rejuvenated. Whenever you feel physically tired or emotionally exhausted, go out in nature so as to breath in fresh air and get a great deal of sunshine. The oxygen you will receive from the air as well as the vitamin D you’ll get from the sun will help you see a dramatic increase in your energy levels.

From the way we have been brought up, many of us have learned to conform so that society accepts us. Society has taught us that if we want to live safely we need to compromise ourselves, not listen and trust our inner voice, but follow the rules dictated by other people. By not truly expressing our authentic self, however, we can only live a life or sadness and misery, and unless we embrace our self and dare to reveal it to the world just the way it is, our life will never get any better.

Here are three important reasons why you should make sure to stop compromising and always be your authentic self:

We often speak of the universe being a reflection of ourselves, and point to how the eye, veins, and brain cells mirror visual phenomenon in the natural universe. As above so below right? Well check this out. How about the idea that the universe is a giant brain? The idea of the universe as a ‘giant brain’ has been proposed by scientists and science fiction writers for decades, but now physicists say there may be some evidence that it’s actually true (in a sense).

The Study

According to a study published in Nature’s Scientific Reports, the universe may be growing in the same way as a giant brain - with the electrical firing between brain cells ‘mirrored’ by the shape of expanding galaxies. The results of a computer simulation suggest that “natural growth dynamics” – the way that systems evolve – are the same for different kinds of networks – whether its the internet, the human brain or the universe as a whole.
