Up until the last few years, I had rejected the idea of allowing myself to be vulnerable, if even on a subconscious and cellular level.

From a young age, I had managed to push down any vulnerability or sensitivity I had in me for my own psychic survival. Looking back I realize that I suffered from some deep emotional wounds, wounds that I wouldn’t or couldn’t acknowledge. Was it because I was strong? Was it because I was stubborn? Perhaps I was both. The truth was, I no longer knew.  Somewhere along the road to survival, the difference between the two had begun to blur.

I refused to be hurt. I refused it with such a vengeance; I probably hurt myself more in the process. I spent what felt like an eternity building emotional brick walls in hopes that they would protect my heart. Yes, I had it all figured out. Through the cunning and creative placement of walls, I would never have to feel pain again. Absence of pain equaled happiness.

Not long ago, Kirsan Ilyumzhinov, longtime president of the Republic of Kalmykia (1993 – 2010) and President of the World Chess Federation, opened up about his experience with extraterrestrial beings. Why is there a picture of him meeting the Dalai Lama included? It seemed fitting, because they both share very similar views when it comes to contact with intelligent life from another world. They have also been friends for quite some time. (source)

Ilyumzhinov expressed his belief that extraterrestrials are people like us (humanoid), beings with the same mind and vision. He claimed to have talked to them and went on to state that:

“I understand that we are not alone in this whole world (universe), we are not unique.”  (straight from the source)(at 2:34 a clip of him speaking)

He also went on to say that aliens are “kind fellows,” but they are not ready to meet humans.

We live in a society where sitting in stillness and silence, void of any stimuli, is seen as doing nothing – a view polluted with a negative stigma, with the implication that doing nothing is synonymous with being nothing. However, this could not be further from the truth. To sit in stillness is not actually to do “nothing,” in the sense that time is wasted and there is no gain. It is, in reality, closer to doing everything, as being in touch with our inner stillness, or consciousness, has a powerful ripple effect on every single aspect of our lives in one way or another. Of course, failing to wake up to this truth also effects everything, but only by ensuring that what we consider to be “everything” in our lives has little substance and limited depth.

If you have opened to read these words, I completely bow and honor you, who feel the world with their heart first and then the mind. This is an integration and collaboration for the new world and fifth dimensional reality to arise. I see you, I feel you and I am so excited you are here, thank you infinitely!

I will start this off by saying the word Empath gets swung around a lot in the psychic realm or alternative community, it is built almost seemingly from the mystics but there is a very fine tuned science and brain chemistry to define an Empath and the neurology associated with such people. One day I will write more about that science but for now… Empaths are the people with the power to feel other people’s emotions. The saying runs true, it is both a blessing and a curse to feel the world through the heart of someone who carries the world within it. In my opinion, this is the attunement of the new age. Being able to feel another person’s heart is a gift that is being given to so many to help change the planet! GIFTING AND RECEIVING   Abundance comes in many forms: good health, joy, friends, loving family members, a puppy’s kiss, anything that brings joy and assists in your evolution towards light and pure love. You each have within you the power to manifest anything you want or wish to experience. All humans desire abundance on some level. This doesn’t necessarily mean material goods, for there are many who prefer a simplistic lifestyle. However, all desire an abundance of peace, the ability to choose what they wish to experience and whom they choose to be their friends.

God said:

Beloveds, I am Omniscient and All Powerful, and, yet in the world, it is not always in your and the world’s best interest for Me to wave a wand. Does that sound like a pat excuse to you? Take Me at My Word, beloveds. I desire your happiness, and I desire you to grow. Life is not always a quick and easy. It is a long view I take. This is life. And through living, you come closer to My Will. According to your consciousness, you live life.

If you go to a betting establishment and play roulette, you don’t know the winning number ahead of time. Wheels are already in motion, yet you don’t know ahead of time. What you can know is trust in Me, even when trust seems bleak or even impossible. One way to look at this is that all you have to your name is trust. You do not yet have a decision to make. You are not conceding anything, dear ones. Success in the world is clearly not always a benchmark of how well you are doing.

The Great Spiritual Ones were more simple than you may be. You see green lights and red lights. And yet you may be looking in the wrong places. Sometimes life does not give you a choice based on your vision, yet you have consciousness. The Truth of you is not your wondering and worrying. This is nothing but a habit. You are accustomed to chewing your nails.
