Miracles That God Has Wrought
Tell Me, is there a moment of life that is not a miracle? This moment, for instance, as I commune with Myself called you, is this not a miracle appearing?
Here, with Our hearts and minds, We commune as if We are two when We have never been anything but One. Of course, you appear as a human being in a costume called a body. Right now as I appear as you, you are, in a sense, out of your body. I can say that We are having an out-of-body experience, for your body, the form you carry, isn’t present here with Us now.
It is your heart and mind, mostly the heart, that you commune with and that I also commune with as My One Self. And, oh, yes, there is soul which has no costume whatsoever. Your mind could fake, possibly your heart could fake with so-called others yet not with Me. You cannot even conceive of stretching Truth or gilding the lily with Me.
I wanted to talk about miracles, a hundred-thousand miracles a day. Isn’t it a miracle that you gather a body around you altogether that can be said to appear? That you can sit down or stand up? What on Earth exists but miracles? You can also sit up. You can stand down. You can grow. There are bicycles, and you can ride them.
You can read books, and you can write them.
You can imagine. You can remember, and you can forget.
You can have upsets. You can be furious one moment, and love the next.
You can laugh. You can cry. You can make sounds. You can make speech with your heart, mind, and tongue.

Releasing Unexpressed Emotion
Randi G. Fine, Contributor
Waking Times
“Unexpressed emotion will never die. They are buried alive and will come forth later in uglier ways.” ~Sigmund Freud
Most of the feelings that interfere with our lives today, our negative emotional responses, have little to do with what is occurring in the present. They stem from painful childhood memories that lie buried deep inside of us, ones that have yet to be faced and dealt with.
When these memories are subconsciously triggered, all rationality goes out the window. We become hypersensitive, rigid, irrational, and insecure. We become out of control, emotional wrecks.

True
Some of you may spend your time appeasing others, walking on eggshells, attempting to keep the peace or holding yourselves back for fear of being judged. Stop, take a moment and really look at those situations with another’s eyes. Is it really necessary to do all those things just so those around you will be what you perceive as comfortable? The majority of the time your thoughts on this will be deceiving.
Why not be yourself? Dance in public when no one else is dancing, laugh out loud, smile at strangers (because they really are not strangers), be kind because you feel like it and quiet when you do not. Be true to yourself because you are the only you you have! ~ Creator

These 20-Year-Olds Turned Their Van Into A Mobile Laundromat To Wash Clothes For The Homeless
Source: www.trueactivist.com | Original Post Date: April 3, 2015 –
Realizing not enough is being done to meet homeless peoples’ hygienic needs, these two friends put an ingenious idea to work and are now helping many people in Australia.
Sometimes the best thing you can do to help others is to assist them with the little things, which – believe it or not – make a great deal of difference.
Imagine being homeless and trying to get back on your feet – yet feeling extremely self-conscious of the state of your clothes when seeking out new opportunities. The two definitely don’t mix, which is why two good-Samaritan friends created a brilliant way to help the homeless re-gain confidence and also feel more optimistic about their situation. They did this by turning their van into a mobile laundromat to give those without an opportunity to wash their clothes safely.
Five Ways to Practice Ruthless Mindfulness
Reader beware! My softness has teeth. My vulnerability does not come without a tempest’s thunder. Real probability of spiritual trepidation and soul-wrenching transformation, from which there will be no turning back. Proceed with caution…
Despite what you might think, fierceness, fearlessness and ruthlessness are all possible without resorting to violence. The world doesn’t need more trigger-happy militarized crackpots with nationalism and patriotism scrambling their brains into exploitable soup.
It needs compassionate, but fierce, Eco-conscious spirit warriors with the courage to challenge the powers-that-be, while also bringing tonality to an otherwise atonal world using progressively sustainable solutions that reveal how a healthier world is possible.

The Truth About Plastic – Infographic
Plastic — can you imagine a day without it? It has come to be a component of nearly everything we buy and use, it seems. On the one hand, plastic has made things possible that might not have been possible. On the other hand, there are a few major problems (at least) with its widespread use:
- It lasts longer than we can adequately comprehend.
- It causes harm to countless animals and fish that try to consume it or get entangled in it.
- Much of it contains hormone-disrupting chemicals that negatively affect humans.

Raising Awake Children in a Broken School System
By Nanice Ellis
Contributing Writer for Wake Up World
Why don’t we tell our children the truth about The System as soon as they are old enough to understand?
Regrettably, I was not awake enough to tell my young children about the game that we are all playing, and that their participation is optional. Fortunately, my kids woke up and after years in the traditional school system, they each independently saw through the holes in the system, and they left before they could be rewarded with completion. I’m the proud parent of three brilliant, and awake, high school drop outs. Luckily, by the time they had the wisdom to make their own choices, I had the courage to support them.

Study: 70% of People on Antidepressants Don’t Have Depression
Mike Barrett, Natural Society
Waking Times
If sales for antidepressants such as Zoloft, Lexapro, or Prozac tell us anything, it’s that depression is sweeping the nation. But a new study questions the validity of most of these sales. The study has found that the majority of individuals on antidepressants – a whopping 69% – do not even meet the criteria for clinical depression. These individuals are likely just experiencing normal sadness and hardships that most of us experience.
In addition to finding that nearly two-thirds of antidepressant-takers don’t meet criteria for depression, the researchers also note how 38% of those taking antidepressants for other psychiatric disorders do not meet the criteria. These include panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, social phobio, general anxiety, and a number of other arguably fabricated mental disorders.
